Terms and Conditions



Orders confirmed by any form (Trade shows-Online-Stores-Reps etc) are considered firm orders. Once an order is processed by Tantrend Bijoux, S.L customers have a maximum of 15 days to modify, correct or cancel it. After said time the order cannot be modified or cancelled as the goods will have already been exclusively reserved or put into production for the customer.

The initial minimum order per season is 300€ (400€ for international customers) excluding tax. Replacement stock is not subject to minimum order requirements.

Prices on our website do not include tax (IVA, R.E.) or shipping costs, except when explicitly indicated in a specific promotion.   

Payment terms

Payment for orders made to Tantrend Bijoux, S.L., will be made by the following modalities:

Spanish peninsular:

1)    Cash on delivery (according to price and availability)

2)    Credit/ Debit card.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and International

3)    Credit/ Debit card

4)    Bank Transfer.   

Delivery Policy

According to availability dates indicated for each product, deliveries may be partial and fractioned in more than one shipment.

 Orders for current Spring/ Summer Collection: 

1st Shipment: Between the 1st of January and the 20th of February.

2nd Shipment: Between the 21st of February and the 31st of March.

3rd Shipment: Between the 1st of April and the 30th of May.

Orders for current Autumn/ Winter Collection:

1st Shipment: Between the 1st of July and the 20th of August.

2nd Shipment: Between the 21st of August and the 30th of September.

3rd Shipment: Between the 1st of October and the 30th of November.


Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. reserves the right to accept and therefore send complete or partial orders received and confirmed by all forms (Online-Store-Rep. etc) according to the following causes:

1)    Quality issues detected at the time of shipment.

2)    Commercial criteria.

3)    Force majeure.

Tantrend Bijoux, S.L. will duly inform the client when unable to supply an article, or articles contemplated in the previous causes. If the goods have already been paid for, the corresponding amount will be refunded. Additional compensation for this motive will not be accepted.

Returns Policy

Once the ordered goods have been received, 30 natural days are permitted (from invoice date) to check said goods. If defects are detected, the customer is required to send an email to attcliente@tantrend.comindicatinginvoice number, reference number, a brief description of the problem and photos of the damaged product. We will not respond to complaints that do not fulfil these requirements.

 Applicable Law and corresponding courts

The present conditions will be interpreted and dealt with according to Spanish Law.

Resolution and interpretation of possible conflicts, and with express resignation to any jurisdiction that could correspond to them, the parties are submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid capital.

Tantrend Bijoux S.L. informs the user that treatment of all personal information complies with the Data Protection Organic Law nº 15/1999, dated 13th of December, and with Real Decree nº 1720/2007 dated  21st of December, approved by the development Regulation of personal character Data Protection Organic Law nº 15/1999, dated 13th of December.
